✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

A valid purchase receipt or order number must be provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened pet food or treats

Used pet accessories (toys, grooming items, etc.)

Live animals (birds, fish, etc.)

🔄 Exchange Policy

Products damaged during delivery can be exchanged for the same item.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photo evidence.

💸 Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
